By accessing or using the website located at jaxstudio.ink ("Site") or any design or development services offered by Jax Studio, operated by Wade Jackson ("Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Jax Studio is a Kentucky-based graphic and web design practice. We offer services including brand identity, web and application design and development, print design, and apparel graphics.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Transmitting unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Using the Site to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Scraping or extracting data from the Site without prior written consent.

All content on the Site — including portfolio work, text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Jax Studio or its clients and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Project work shown is displayed with permission for portfolio purposes. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Ownership of deliverables, usage rights, and licensing terms for any commissioned work are governed by the separate written agreement for that project. Until final payment is received, all work product remains the property of Jax Studio.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jax Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
